Getting Started with Maps
The Maps extension, available with an All Access license, allows you to display Gravity Forms entries using Google Maps. To get started with Maps:

Once you have the Maps extension installed on your website, there are a couple of additional things you'll need before you can create your first Maps View.

If you're using a different field type to capture address information (e.g. Single Line Text), it is still possible to use the Maps extension, but you'll have to override the Address Field setting. Please see this article for instructions: How can I pull the address from a field type that is not Address?
4. Sign up for a Google Maps API key if you don't already have one
